Training - Facilitation

In my training and facilitation I strive to create the possibility for individual and collective inspiring
learning with insights.
My trainings are around leadership development, (virtual-)teambuilding, change management, cross
culture trainings and business innovation. I like to integrate experiential learning and collaborative
ways of working using collective intelligence as methodology (The World Cafe, Open Space or nature
and Aikido experiences).



I am well connected to a variety of preferred trainers, coaches and leadership development
organisations for when it comes to larger interventions or additional know how or skills.

I work in English, German and Dutch and have a conversation
level of French.
